คุณสมบัตินี้ช่วยให้คุณสร้างเมนูคอมโบหรือชุดเมนูได้ ฟังก์ชั่นในคุณสมบัตินี้มีลักษณะการทำงานเหมือนกับกลุ่มตัวเลือก คุณสามารถเลือกเมนูใดก็ได้ที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นเป็นตัวเลือก

วิธีการใช้งาน:

1. ไปที่กลุ่มรายการเมนูและเพิ่มรายการเมนูลงในตัวเลือกเมนู
2. กลับไปที่เมนูหลักและสร้างรายการเมนูคอมโบ (เช่น 🍔 ชุดเบอร์เกอร์) และเพิ่มราคา
3. เพิ่มรายการเมนูลงในเมนูคอมโบ

We're thrilled to introduce Menu Item Groups feature🎉.

What it does:

This feature allows you to create combo menu item or bundle menu items. The function in this feature has the same behavior as option group, you may select any menu items that was created as an option.

How to use it:

1. Go to Menu Item Groups and add menu items to the Menu Item Groups.
2. Go back to main Menu and create a combo menu item (eg 🍔 Burger Combo Meal) and add price.
3. Add menu items to the combo menu

👋 Hi there,

You can now see the exact cash amount in the printed receipt 🎉.

What this means?

At the bottom on the printed receipt, you and your customers will be able to see the exact amount that was paid in cash. The amount no longer include tips!

Additionally, when a customer like to tip you with the change, the amount is now pre-fill and tip amount will be printer on the receipt.

คุณต้องตั้งค่าเหตุผลในการยกเลิกในเมนูการตั้งค่า เมื่อคุณยกเลิกสินค้าหรือคำสั่งซื้อ เมนูแบบเลื่อนลงจะปรากฏขึ้น > เลือกเหตุผลตามที่กำหนด

What it does: This feature allows you to track why items and orders are being cancelled.

How to use it:

1. You need to set cancellation reasons in settings.
2. Once you've canceled an item or order, a dropdown menu will appear > select the reasons accordingly.

We’re excited to introduce a new feature to enhance visibility when customers change tables 🎉

What it does: When an order is moved from one table to another via POS, all ticket printers will print a “Moving/Changing Tables” ticket. This ticket includes the time and the table names before and after the move.

​How to use it: This feature is enabled by default for all outlets.

We're excited to introduce Toggle Group Basket for Prepay 🎉.

What it does: If Group Basket toggle is ON, your customers are unable to modify the group basket option while theres order in the channel. When the toggle is OFF, it will disable sharing menu with other customers.

How to use it: Go to Channel > Edit Channel > Group Basket

Important note:

• Group Basket option can only change the channel type to Pre-pay dine-in. (Default is on)
• Merchants are unable to modify the group basket option while an order in the current channel remains open.
• When the group basket is OFF, it will affect the customer side (they won't be able to share menu).
