• Active User คือพนักงานที่เข้าสู่ระบบโดยใช้รหัสผ่าน POS

The POS passcode adds an extra layer of control by distinguishing between two types of users, Base Users and Active Users. Base Users are staff who log in with an email and password, while Active Users are staff who access the system using a passcode. This is an optional feature that can be enabled in your outlet settings and is designed for fast, secure user switching.

Buffet feature in the POS is designed to handle all-you-can-eat dining option efficiently. It allows your restaurant to streamline operations by managing pricing, track dining time and guest counts.

How to use this buffet feature?

To initiate buffet feature, you will need to select a buffet package and headcount in order to initiate the orders which can be managed by grouping menus. Menu groups can be accessed under the menu section.

Refund feature allows linked outlets to request refund payments. Refunds initiated on Papaya POS are sent to you, the partner outlet, not directly to the payment provider.
