Shop Freshket on Papaya

Papaya is the first and only POS system fully integrated with Freshket. This means you can now access Freshket via the Papaya Shop by clicking on the Shop tab. In the Shop, you can sign in or register if you don’t already have a Freshket account.

How to Use Freshket

After signing up with your email and phone number, you can explore Freshket’s extensive catalog of over 4,000 items—including fresh produce, meat, seafood, and dry goods.

Steps to order:

1. Browse & Add to Cart
   Go to the Home page and add your desired items to the cart.
   ​
2. Choose a Delivery Slot
   Select a convenient delivery date and time. Freshket offers flexible delivery slots, including next-day delivery.
   ​
3. Place Order & Make Payment
   Review your order and confirm the purchase. Payments can be made securely online through the platform.
   ​
4. Receive Delivery
   Freshket will deliver your order to the specified address within your selected time slot.

How to Apply a Promotion Code

After selecting your items, proceed to the Order Confirmation page. Click on “Use or View Promo Code”, then enter FKTPAPAYA50 and click Apply before completing your purchase.

วิธีใช้งาน Freshket

หลังจากคุณสมัครสมาชิกด้วยอีเมลและเบอร์โทรศัพท์เรียบร้อยแล้ว คุณจะสามารถเลือกชมสินค้ากว่า 4,000 รายการบน Freshket ได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผักสด เนื้อสัตว์ อาหารทะเล และของแห้งต่าง ๆ

ขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ:

1. เลือกสินค้าและใส่ลงตะกร้า
   ไปที่หน้าแรก แล้วเลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการ จากนั้นเพิ่มลงในตะกร้า
2. เลือกช่วงเวลาจัดส่ง
   เลือกวันและเวลาจัดส่งที่สะดวกสำหรับคุณ โดย Freshket มีตัวเลือกช่วงเวลาจัดส่งที่ยืดหยุ่น รวมถึงบริการส่งของในวันถัดไป
3. ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อและชำระเงิน
   ตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อและยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ สามารถชำระเงินได้อย่างปลอดภัยผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของแพลตฟอร์ม

หลังจากเลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการแล้ว ให้ไปที่หน้า ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ คลิกที่ “ใช้หรือดูรหัสโปรโมชั่น” (Use or View Promo Code) กรอกรหัส FKTPAPAYA50 และคลิก “ใช้” (Apply) ก่อนดำเนินการชำระเงินให้เสร็จสิ้น ด้วยการใช้ เมนูหลัก จะช่วยลดความซ้ำซ้อน ทำให้คุณและทีมของคุณไม่ต้องสร้างรายการเดียวกันซ้ำในเมนูต่างๆ เช่น เมนูมื้อกลางวันและมื้อเย็น

We're excited to introduce Cloudbeds integration🎉.

With Cloudbeds integration, your staff can instantly send a customer's order payment straight to their room charge. When closing an order using Cloudbeds payment, the order can still be reopened and payment can be cancelled for refund if needed. Do note that payment must be cancelled before initiating other actions, such as cancelling items, moving items, or applying discounts.

You can now Cancel order item by quantity🎉

Cancel items / order

Once you've selected "Cancel items" in the menu as shown above, select the item(s) you'd like to cancel and click "Cancel Items" in the bottom right as below. These items will show a "Cancelled" label as above, both for staff and for the customer.

You can also select the number of unit of the item that you wish you cancel from the drop down list.

If you like to cancel the entire order, click on More Action, and select "Cancel Order".

เมื่อคุณเลือก "ยกเลิกรายการ" ในเมนูตามที่แสดงด้านบนแล้ว เพียงเลือกสินค้าที่คุณต้องการยกเลิกและคลิก "ยกเลิกรายการ" ที่มุมขวาล่างตามภาพด้านล่าง สินค้าจะมีป้ายกำกับว่า "ยกเลิกแล้ว" ดังที่แสดงด้านบน ทั้งสำหรับพนักงานและลูกค้า

คุณสามารถเลือกจำนวนหน่วยของรายการที่คุณต้องการยกเลิกได้

ถ้าอยากยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อทั้งหม คลิกที่เพิ่มเติมและยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

รหัสผ่าน POS เพิ่มชั้นความปลอดภัยอีกขั้นโดยแยกความแตกต่างระหว่างผู้ใช้งาน 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ Base User และ Active User

The POS passcode adds an extra layer of control by distinguishing between two types of users, Base Users and Active Users. Base Users are staff who log in with an email and password, while Active Users are staff who access the system using a passcode. This is an optional feature that can be enabled in your outlet settings and is designed for fast, secure user switching.

This feature introduces support for handling buffet packages in the POS

Buffet feature in the POS is designed to handle all-you-can-eat dining option efficiently. It allows your restaurant to streamline operations by managing pricing, track dining time and guest counts.

How to use this buffet feature?

To initiate buffet feature, you will need to select a buffet package and headcount in order to initiate the orders which can be managed by grouping menus. Menu groups can be accessed under the menu section.
