🎫 One item per ticket and ticket copies

👋 Hi there,

We're excited to introduce One item per ticket and ticket copies🎉.

This update adds two new settings for ticket printer groups that give you more control over how order tickets print in the kitchen or bar. You can choose to print each item on its own ticket and/or print multiple copies of each ticket. These settings only apply to tickets, not receipts.

What this feature does

You can now configure ticket printer groups to:

• Print one item per ticket - each order item prints on a separate ticket instead of grouping all items together.
• Print multiple copies of each ticket - each ticket can print up to 10 copies, with the header clearly labelled “Copy X of Y” so staff can distinguish them.

What it doesn’t do

❌ These settings only apply to ticket-type printer groups.

❌ They do not apply to receipts.

❌ Cancellation tickets are not affected by these settings.
